Flair and Frills design team project

Good morning everyone,
Today is the day for Flair and Frills design team project, the catagory is vintage. I chose to make a vintage tag using The Paper Studio Mirablle stack over a pocket tag. The butterfly embellishment is from Michales and the flower is from HL. I used some vintage lace for the top of the tag and across the middle. I also added a brad covered with glossy accents for some bling. I forget where the "Thinking Of You" note on the bottom is from. I plan to put a gift card in the pocket for someone special. Hope you have a blessed day. Take care,
Kris

M.A.G. challenge

Hello again,
I'm on a crafting roll now! I had time to enter one more challenge tonight, yeah! The challenge was to use Forever Young cart pg.44 only. I chose to make a baby shower card for on of the doctors I work with. The paper is one of my favorites K&Company-Hopscotch and some SU plain cardstock. The beautiful fibers are some that I have been saving in my stash for many years, so hard to part with. The "congrats" stamp is from the dollar spot at Jo-Anns. I value all your comments.

Happy Saturday

Happy Saturday my friends,
I'm sorry I haven't posted any crafty creations in a few days, but I'm working on redecorating my kitchen. You know how one thing leads to another...well thats what happened. Our ice maker at home leaked all over so hubby decided to get a new stainlees steel fridge and I didn't want everything to not match, so we ended up with all new stainless appliances. So now since it is stainless we had to change the cabinet knobs from brass to stainless and figured we should repaint and do new counters-ugh!! We have stainless appliances, med wood cabinets and I can't figure out what color to paint and for the counters. I was thinking black counters, but what for the walls?? Any suggestions? This is keeping me up at night.

The appliances will be here Tuesday, so painting tomorrow, if I can figure out what color. Please make suggestions. I will be back to crafting soon. Have a great weekend and a Happy Easter.

Die Cuttin Diva challenge #9

Good evening friends,
I hope you have had a good day. I started my day early with another specialist appt with no answers again. I know have to meet with a new specialist, but first available appt. is not for a month from today-ugh! I find I'm so tired from itching that I'm having a hard time getting motivated to create.

I did make a card tonight for a sketch challenge. The stamp I used if from The Greeting Farm, which I love. I finally used my Spellbinders dies that I have had for about 2 years and never used. The ribbon and paper from my supply. The word "dream" was cut from Wall Decor Cricut cart. The image was colored with watercolor pencils. I added stickles to the dress and glossy accents to her hair. I also added a decorative pin and a metal tag that says "smile". Hope you like it.

Hello again,

The flowers are from Doodlebug and the sentiment is from MPs "buggy punnies". The sentiment says "Fluttering by to say hi. Hope you like it. Have a great week.

Sorry for the quality of the sketch picture, I took about 10 shots and it wouldn't take well. Any photo tips?

Mag challenge #20

Hello again,
I had time and inspiration to make another card tonight, so here it is. The challenge was to use Cars cart pg.33 only. I wanted to try something different and just cut the tongue and began turning it all around to see what it could be. I decided on a saxaphone, now I know it isn't exactly like one, but it was fun to challenge my mind to figure something different from the tongue. I hope you will take cuts and try to turn them into something else, it's fun! The paper is DCWV Music stack and the other paper and fiber is from my supply. The few music note stickers are a Jolees. Have a wonderful evening.
